Privacy Policy

How 1inow handles data during the current product development phase.

1. Data we expect to process

The product is designed to work with account profile data, projects, tasks, notes, files, comments, communication metadata, settings, audit logs, and user preferences.

2. Current AI status

AI chat, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and automated AI actions are currently stubbed. No production AI provider is connected from these public pages.

3. How data should be used

Data should be used to operate the workspace, preserve context, improve daily execution, secure access, and support approved assistant workflows only after explicit approval.

4. Secrets and credentials

Production secrets must never be committed to the repository. Environment variables must stay scoped to the services actually used by the application.

5. External integrations

OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Resend, Stripe, analytics, monitoring, and other services require separate approval, implementation, and privacy review before activation.

6. User rights

The production system should support access, correction, export, deletion, and clear support contact paths for user data.

7. Contact

For privacy questions during the current development phase, contact dnainform@gmail.com.

Nova + Vera

Nova and Vera stay with you as two living senses of the system.

Nova listens for movement. Vera watches for meaning, risk, and missing context. Together they make 1inow feel less like software and more like a daily operating partner.

Nova
Execution voice

Nova turns voice commands into the next useful action: create a task, open a project, plan a reminder, or move the day forward.

Action, speed, momentum
Vera
Review voice

Vera filters meaning, priority, and risk. When a command is unclear, Vera asks before the system acts.
